LCHNH currently has Full Time job opportunities for RNs, LPNs, CNAs in the Nursing Home and Home Health / Hospice Program. Nursing Home opportunities are for days and/or nights with weekends/holiday rotation as needed. Experienced preferred, not required. Opportunities for Home Health / Hospice are Monday through Friday 0800-1700, with rotating weekend/holiday call. A minimum of one year experience required in Home Health / Hospice positions.

Lincoln Community Hospital and Nursing Home is a rural Critical Access Hospital with an attached Nursing Home and a Home Health / Hospice program. We are located on the eastern plains of Colorado approximately 95 miles east of Denver and have close access to I-70.
