ATTENTION RNs, LPNs, and CNAs:

 

 

LCHNH currently has Full Time job opportunities for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in the Hospital, Nursing Home and Home Health / Hospice Program.
 
Hospital opportunities are for RNs and LPNs, night shifts with weekends / holiday rotation as needed.  Experienced preferred, not required. If you hold a current unrestricted Nursing license in the State of Colorado and are interested in working in the Hospital please email your resume to csage@lchnh.com. Nursing Home opportunities are for days and/or nights with weekends/holiday rotation as needed.  Experienced preferred, not required. If you hold a current unrestricted CNA certification or Nursing license in the State of Colorado and are interested in working in the Nursing Home please email your resume to csage@lchnh.com  or call LCHNH at (719) 743-2421 and ask for Cathy Sage, Administrative Assistant.

 

 
Opportunities for Home Health / Hospice are Monday through Friday 0800-1700, with rotating weekend/holiday call.  A minimum of one year experience required in Home Health / Hospice positions. Lincoln Community Hospital and Nursing Home is a rural Critical Access Hospital with an attached Nursing Home and a Home Health / Hospice program.  We are located on the eastern plains of Colorado approximately 95 miles south east of Denver, or 89 miles east of Colroado Springs with close access to I-70.
